Youth-Powered Progress: Chamber Launches Future Leaders Program

I

In an inspiring new initiative, Xeno City Chambers has unveiled its Future Leaders of Commerce Program, designed to connect high school students with the pulse of real-world business.

Each month, selected students from local schools will be paired with Chamber members for job shadowing, leadership workshops, and innovation hackathons.

"We want to give students more than textbook theories,"

"We want them to experience leadership, creativity, and decision-making firsthand."

says program coordinator Jamal Brenner.

The pilot cohort includes 25 students who will work with mentors in sectors ranging from digital marketing to sustainable manufacturing.

Early results are already promising. “It’s the first time I felt like my ideas mattered,” said Alina, a 16-year-old participant who pitched a social media campaign for a local tech firm.

This initiative is not just about the future—it’s about empowering the next generation to create it.
